Our postpartum rehabilitation package is ideal for everyone from a trained athlete to someone who's never exercised before. Personal Trainer and Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist Adrienne Anderson will guide you safely through your first workouts postpartum. She will meet you in the comfort of your own home and baby will stay by your side as you safely rehab your core and pelvic floor.
Appointments can start as early as two weeks postpartum (no "exercise" will be done at this point, just learning to breathe properly and move gently) or as late as one year postpartum. Four one-hour sessions are $175.
