InCOREporated (at TwoRivers YMCA) will teach you how to connect your breath and abdominal muscles needed for everyday movement and exercise in a small group setting. This class is ideal for those who want to start or maintain their workout routine during pregnancy, work toward the strength and endurance needed for a natural birth, and safely recover postpartum. Available for all fitness levels.
